We offer a full range of service for new residential construction.  We can prepare plans, specifications and calculations for your project.  Our services include all structural services from coordination with your architect or designer through construction inspections.  We have provided engineering services for hundreds of  houses.  Most of these structures are on the San Francisco peninsula from Hillsborough to Los Altos.

SEISMIC ANALYSIS AND UPGRADES
Our expertise includes inspecting homes and analyzing them for compliance with seismic building codes.  When upgrades appear necessary for safety or to protect the investment in a home, we can prepare full structural calculations, plans and specifications to strengthen your house for earthquake forces.

ADDITIONS AND REMODELS
We provide these same services for additions and remodels.  These involve special considerations in that the new portion of the building needs to be structurally integrated with the existing building.
